The soundscape around Flinders Street Station is vividly depicted in this visualisation. The surging red colour represents man-made noise, suggesting the hustle and bustle of modern city life. In contrast, the sparse green colour represents nature. Although these hues are numerically inferior, they exude power in every corner they occupy. More than a mere colour contrast, this is a profound reflection on the relationship between man and nature in contemporary life, reminding us not to ignore the existence of nature and its unmissable role in the rhythm of our daily lives.
